During the day, the amount of bacteria on the bamboo fiber surface decreases by more than 1000 times! Bamboo fiber absorbs and evaporates moisture 3–4 times more than cotton. Bamboo products, like products made from silk, are recommended for people with restless sleep, allergies, as well as those who tend to overheat or cool down too much.
