Distance Contract

The seller of the goods offered in this online store is SIA Anija, reg. LV40203226684, address Rencēnu iela 10a, Riga, Latvia, email: info@anija.eu, on one side, hereinafter referred to as the Seller, and the person placing the order, hereinafter referred to as the Buyer, on the other side, concludes the following Agreement:

The Seller agrees to sell and deliver the goods to the Buyer according to the Buyer's order.

Ordering, Delivery, and Payment Procedure

The Buyer places the order for the goods through this website, specifying the type and quantity of the goods to be purchased. The Buyer has the option to make payment for the goods using the payment tools integrated into the online store or by paying the invoice prepared by the seller and sent to the Buyer by email corresponding to the order. The invoice is prepared electronically and is valid without a signature.

The Seller ensures the delivery of the goods within 5 (five) days after receiving payment for the goods, coordinating the delivery time with the Buyer.

Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the goods within 14 calendar days from the moment of receiving the Goods by sending the Seller a withdrawal letter. The Seller sends the Buyer a template for the withdrawal letter by email upon the Buyer’s request.

The Buyer is obliged to return the goods to the Seller within 7 days of sending the withdrawal letter. All expenses arising in connection with the return of the goods to the Seller shall be borne by the Buyer.

The Buyer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal if:

  • the ordered goods, by their nature, cannot be returned, or they spoil quickly, or are perishable;
  • the ordered goods are manufactured specifically for the Buyer according to an individual order;
  • the Buyer has opened the packaging of an audio recording, video recording, or computer program.

The sixth part of Article 12 of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia states that "the consumer is responsible for the preservation of the quality and safety of the goods during the term of the right of withdrawal." The Seller reserves the right to deny the Buyer the use of the right of withdrawal or to withhold a compensation fee in the case that the goods are damaged, if handled carelessly during use or if the instruction guidelines were not followed, if the original packaging of the goods has been lost, or if its packaging is significantly damaged.

Data Processing

By entering the necessary information when placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read and agree that their provided data will be used so that the Seller can accept the Buyer’s order and deliver the goods in accordance with regulatory requirements. By entering information, the Buyer agrees that notifications related to the processing of the Buyer’s order will be sent to the specified email address.
